sounds good to me for a SFF, but I would go ahead and get a 2500+ barton processor if the mobo will support it. It's not much more expensive and definitely worth it.

Yes but the Mobile is able to overclocked far beyond what the Barton can do. System looks good.
 
a few things about the shuttle, it says 333fsb, so would i not be able to get it up to 400? and why is there no sata?

I'm not an expert in OCing them, but you should be able to get it up to near 400, anyway with an unlocked CPU you should get good clock speeds out of it.
