Ecost.com has a decent refurbished JVC 7.1 HT receiver for $85 shipped when combined with the google checkout discount:

Silver: http://www.ecost.com/ecost/shop/detail.asp?dpno=1865108
Black for a few dollars more: http://www.ecost.com/ecost/shop/detail.asp?dpno=1865576
Google checkout discount details: http://www.ecost.com/ecost/shop/showcaseb/default~showcaseb~google.asp

Tack on a 1 year warranty for only $11 more. Bought the same one a few months ago, very clean sounding and plenty of features for the price. It even has a USB port, which can be used to hook up a wireless usb adapter (stream music from your PC etc). Alternatively Onkyo refurbs are very popular and can be purchased from their website, or from an authorized onkyo dealer on ebay.
