Cheapest printer on the planet

I am looking for a multifunction printer, like the canon mp360 or the lexmark x6170, that has the cheapest ink possible. So far I can find batches of canon cartridges for 2 or 3 dollars a pop online so thats my route for now. Can you suggest anything else or maybe a slightly higher price for more ink per cartridge or something like that?
