My current PC is 6 years old and I'm planning on upgrading. Dota2 and WoW are the only games I play so I'm looking for something as cheap as possible to play them. I already have an nVidia GTX 560 I'd like to reuse.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Dota2 and WoW would be the only games I plan on playing.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
My budget would be around $300

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Arizona

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
I need a CPU, motherboard, RAM, and possibly a power supply. I have an almost new Corsair 430CX psu that I would like to use if it is powerful enough.
For the CPU i was thinking of the Pentium G3258
For the mobo I was thinking of the GIGABYTE GA-B85M-DS3H but I plan on overclocking and don't know if it's any good for that.
RAM is whatever is cheapest and good.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I will be reusing a GTX 560, Lancool PC-k59 case with 4 case fans, dvd-rw drive, 2 TB Western Digital Black, some WD 640gb, and monitor, mouse, keyboard.

6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes, on stock cooler.

]7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
24 inch 1080p

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
As soon as possible.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Atleast 4 sata ports and 4 usb.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
I have Windows 8

Watch be get screamed at for saying this, but... AMD will be better on this budget. An i3 will NOT match an 8320.

FX 8320-$150
GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3P-$90
2 x 4 GB of 1600MHz DDR3 RAM from a respectable brand (Corsair, GSkill, etc.)-~$50, whatever's cheapest

You COULD get by with a CX430, but I would sell it and get maybe a CX600M. Would only be about $320 total if you did this. If you went Intel with an i5, you could pass up on a PSU for sure, but you'd be spending a good $60 more.

The FX setup is a great idea, honestly. The G3258 is a nice little chip, but it's no match for a FX8310/20/50 in just about anything. You'd need to go true quad i5 for that, and at that point the OP's budget is shot.

Another option for the OP is going with an OEM 8310 from TigerDirect and pay $89.99 after MIR. He would need to get a HSF (Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo) for ~$30 after MIR, but still come in around budget.

Also, any MC or Fry's near?

If you are going to attempt overclocking at all you really should think about getting an aftermarket HSF. A $20 aftermarket HSF would increase your headroom considerably. Besides that I vote going the AMD route as well.

I vote Intel as long as you ditch overclocking plans. The two games you mentioned aren't that heavily multi-threaded. As such, single-threaded IPC is going to be key here. Which means Intel. In addition, the lower power usage would mean that your current Corsair CX430 wouldn't be that heavily taxed and would give you room to upgrade without automatically requiring a new PSU. If you overclock with an AMD FX setup, you're more or less going to need a new PSU.

Though I would not get the CX600M unless it was at a cheap price BEFORE rebate (like $40). At the CX600M's current non-MIR priciing, it's stupidly overpriced considering that there are far far better options around that price point.

You could go with a good Core i5 setup for $320:
$180 - Intel Core i5-4430 CPU
$82 - AsRock H97M Pro4 Intel H97 mATX Motherboard
$61 - G.Skill Sniper Series F3-1600C9S-8GSR 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
----
Total: $320 shipped
