9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
I need USB 3.0 and for it to be a P55 or X58. SLI would be a plus.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Own Win 7 64bit already.
So I purchased a Black Magic Intensity. Which I thought I'd be all set with just a PCIe usb 3.0 but apparently it's required to have a P55 or X58 board.
So I guess my only option would be to get rid of my current build and upgrade to a new board/chip/memory.
Currently I have a E8400 with I believe a GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L with 4 GB of ddr2 800mhz corsair memory.

I figured I could sell my current setup and upgrade but what would be the cheapest setup that would be similar to my current config above? SLI would be a plus if it didn't cost too much more.
