all MSI x58 board supports CF and SLI as far as I know.
Better off getting a Core 2 board and chip that will overclock.
If you're implying that MSI boards are bad overclockers, then you couldn't be more wrong.
more like i3. The quads wont have the GPU, only the duals.until one is released with on board GPU im not that interested in a matx i7 board, but i presume im going to have to wait for i5 for that
Hmm, it'd only run me ~450 to go to an i7 rig now... dammit.
I love the sexy brown pcb
You can knock another $5 off with a coupon.http://www.buy.com/prod/intel-x58-1...pcie-gblan-1394-raid/q/loc/101/211081117.html
$168 free shipping! Too bad MATX is barely smaller than normal ATX or else I'll eat this up!
First post here. I have been looking into getting a mini x58 mobo. Until this week, I was only looking at the Asus Rampage II Gene and the DFI Lan Party Jr x58 for my new mATX setup.
But now with the MSI release I decided I had to do more thinking. While digging around, I found the board specs on the msicomputer site which now says the board can do both SLI and Crossfire support.
MSI x58M manufacturer info.
Then be surprised. Anand, in his review, says it does SLI and even ran his benchmarks with it.I'd be surprised if this board actually supports SLI.
