cheapest card with shader support

[back2newbelf]

hi
i need a cheap card for developing opengl on my dad's computer. right now it's nothing but texture mapping but eventually i'm gonna do shaders.
so, what's the cheapest (NV) card with shader support?

6600GT IMO

Maybe the 7300GT.....I've seen them for around $80.

If you can find it I think the geforce 2 gts had shaders but using a lowend newer card like the 6200 or 7300 would probably be a better choice

Assuming you are asking for SM3, you can get a PCIe x16 7300 GS for $56 from newegg or an AGP 6600 LE for $84.
