cheapest card with shader support

hi
i need a cheap card for developing opengl on my dad's computer. right now it's nothing but texture mapping but eventually i'm gonna do shaders.
so, what's the cheapest (NV) card with shader support?
 
If you can find it I think the geforce 2 gts had shaders but using a lowend newer card like the 6200 or 7300 would probably be a better choice
