Cheap yet pretty good Fan controller

I was wondering if anyone can direct me to a cheap yet good fan controller. I want to control my 120MM Antec fan that came stock with the Antec Sonata case. Thinking about adding another 120MM in the fron, so having a fan controller would be great.
