Need a cheap USB sound card with digital out. Anything out there that fits the bill?

and whats cheap? alot of people would consider the m2tech hiface really cheap at $200 for the specs it has, but then some other people would probably see it as 4x their budget.
 
<50 dollars perferably. Digital is digital. Only needs to output stereo.
