cheap rotating desk mount?

I'd like to play my pinball games in portrait mode, without getting another monitor. My ASUS vh236h is VESA mount compatible as far as i know. Are there any monitor mounts that will clamp to the back of my desk and allow me to rotate the monitor on a daily basis with no hassle? I wouldn't want one that pushes the monitor further into my face since i have a shallow desk, so the ones i've seen with multiple joint arms don't seem logical. I've never shopped for things like this so i'm a little lost while looking at newegg. Also i'd like it to be on newegg if possible since I have a credit line there, the cheaper the better as long as it works.
