Cheap recording soundcard

im building a low budget home studio and need a cheap soundcard that will allow me to record in 24/96. the inputs have to be 1/4 inch professional size inputs. also i do not need very many inputs b/c all im hooking up is one preamp with one mic attached to it. can anybody help me out. again price is very important

Check out the Echo Mia and or the EMU 1212M.

I have experience with both those that Mister X mentioned. The E-mu 1212m has more features and better sound, in my opinion. You can also get the E-mu 1212m for around $165.....MisterX told me not to tell people that I'm in charge of a group buy for them, so I wont tell you that.
