Cheap Quiet PSU 200W - 300W

ANy suggestions for a cheap PSU that is reliable and quiet that is around 200W

Is this for a very old system? I don't think there is much market for 200w power supplies nowdays.

the system is about 3 years old and is a dell. it currently operates on a 200W PSU but when moving to a new case i dropped the PSU and now its very loud even though it seems to work fine. So all i wish to do is replace it with a really cheap one (as cheap as possible) which is nice and quiet

when you say "non standard" you mean it doesn't have the same types of connectors?
Or do you mean the voltages are different?

Why would i have to go with a DELL PSU instead of just using a much cheaper regualar PSU
