Cheap PCI videocard with DVI

Anyone know of a cheap PCI video card that has DVI? No gaming will be done on this videocard, so the amount of ram and clock speed will not matter. I will be using this as a secondary video card for my second monitor. Lower $$$$ is heavily emphasized here.

Sorry, should have mentioned that nVidia is preferred. Yeah, that Evga looks great, small footprint too!! Thats a great plus that i didnt even consider. A little on the costly side though, i'll see what ebay has to offer. Thanks!
