Cheap P4/mobo help needed.

I need to get a CPU with hyperthreading so I can encode and play
at the same time. So far, I've been looking at the P4 520 since
it seems to be the cheapest CPU with 800 FSB.

The problem is, I'm damn near broke. I've tried using Pricewatch
to find some combos, and most of the cheaper stores have some
bad reviews (resellerratings). Link here:

Should I take my chances with these? Or should I cough up the
cash and get the combo from a better, more expensive store?
Or perhaps, do you know of any other places?
