Ok guys, just got this from newegg....

BUFFALO Firestix 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) 240-pin sdram
Model #: PFSX800D2C-K2G
Price: $169.99
After $40.00 Instant Savings
After $20.00 Promo Code: EMC220BUFFLO

And? I see the 3-4-3 timings in your sig, but that's nothing to brag about with D9. :p They should be D9GMH, so anywhere from 900-1100 should be attainable. And for the love of god, make sure they have some airflow!

Was just letting everyone know about the price drop.... my max with this memory is 1050 @ 4-4-4 12. I run it at 800 3-4-3 9 @ 1.9v for longevity.

bummer that you missed out on the PC2-8000 firestix from buffalo (direct), $209.60 per 2x1gb set last week.

Dang, missed the 20$ promo code :( I paid 184.45$ from Buffalo Tech store.

I was lucky enought to get a set of the PC2-8000's

Running 4-4-4-8 @ 490 MHz.

I'm fairly certain the memory can go even faster than this, but my motherboard cant. :(

The firestix I think should be D9GKX or whatever, and typically those modules are good up to ~1200mhz with enough volts/cooling.
