Ok, I have a problem, my dremel has no power at all and I need to make some mounts for mounting my rad in my case. So I need a tool that can cut a piece of 22 gauge sheet metal, any suggestions?
 
I got my Dremel, which is actually a Durabuilt Rotary Tool, at Target for 30 bucks and it came with a case, stand, and flexshaft attachment and accepts all Dremel bits as far as I know. I'm on my second one and the only reason I had to buy a new one is I somehow lost my first lol.
 
Check the brushes on your Dremel - they don't have to wear much to stop providing power to the motor.
 
it's a cordless dremel ( a poor choice on my part) I will probably just replace it.
 
Buy a nibbler. With enough muscle power you can cut a LOT of stuff... Pretty clean and easy to use, too. 22g should be doable.

Wear gloves if you decide to go this way, I rubbed a hole in my thumb.
