Cheap MATX P4 Mobo?

I am doing a Quake III case mod and am looking for a good, cheap MATX motherboard for a s478 P4C. The only reason I am going P4 for the project is because I allready have a P4 2.6C needing a home. I am a broke college student so I am on a budget. I am trying to find a red mobo for the project for looks. So I guess my question is, What is a good MATX mobo for a P4C that allows OC'ing for cheap? Thanks for all your help.
