I was killing time in a Best Buy last night and came accross this TV. I've not been able to justify buying a new TV due to financial constraints but I'm getting closer. I'm wondering, how do these off brand TVs compare to the name brand ones? Is it the same panel in the sub $500 insignia as in the $600-$700 Samsung or Sony of similar specs. Cause, for under $500 I could almost convince the wife that this is a good idea.
