My old socket 939 AMD setup is on it's last legs, getting really flakey on the stability front. I can put it back at stock speeds and it's rock stable, but I need more. But I can probably spend no more than $200

I've got a thermalright XP-120, so I'm good to go on that front.

I just need mobo/mem/cpu and I"m hoping I could get some advice.
 
I've overclocked an e5200 (~60) on a gigabyte geforce 7050 board i paid 35$ used to 3.6ghz. You can get 4gigs of ram for ~30$ Pretty potent
 
I'll second the E5200 recommendation. You should be able to purchase that CPU, 4GB of DDR2, and a decent motherboard for a total in the $150 - $200 range.
 
Running an e5200 at 3.5 (could likely go higher but keeping the voltage under 1.38) on a Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L with 4 gigs of RAM. The total for these three items came to 200 bucks, 170 after rebates.
 
I got my new e5200 and EP45-UD3R to 3.5 GHz, being an Intel OC noob I feel good about it.

333x10.5 @ 1.375V, couldn't get past 30 sec of Prime95 at 1.35V. Ram is at 667 mHz.

I guess it's mainly a matter of voltage?

Temps = 51C load, cooler is a 9700 LED
