Cheap i3 server cooler -- quiet!

I need a cheap i3 server cpu cooler. I want it to be as quiet as possible (active is fine, but quiet).

I want it to be around $30 if possible.

How is the stock fan?
 
Hyper 212+ seems to be the best/favorite bet at the $30 dollar price mark (amazon, free shipping). The next option is a Cogage TRUE from svc, but that's 36+8 (for the TR 1156 bracket) + shipping and tax if you're in Cali.

Oversized cooling system is pretty much best, since then you can keep the fan running VERY slowly (ergo, silently).

What case are we talking about? Dimensional constraints, etc.
 
I hate the stock fan on the i3 in terms of how well it cools. But it's not really that loud if you have a well ventilated case and aren't doing serious overclocking.

Its going to be in a huge server case, does that help at all? Still go with the Hyper 212?

Edit: Just looked, its a nice 120mm design, looks perfect. Thanks a mil.
 
Sounds like you're good to go. Reason I asked about the case was to make sure you weren't rocking out some kind of 1u, 2u rackmount system. Then the hyper212 would be, uhm, big. real big.
