Cheap Digital Camera

My neighbor wants a really cheap digital camera, like $50 or under. I suggested Ebay but she wants something that is brand new. Does anyone know if there is anything this cheap that would work decently? I have never spent less than $150 on a digicam so I just can't imagine what I could recommend to her.
 
For just shots around the house, and the only one I'll take on a lake, I use a HP Photoshoot 120. It's a 1MP camera, so the quality isn't -that- good, but the pictures it does take are good for your standard 4x6 pictures. There's also no optical zoom, nor the option to use lenses. Still, for just messing around the house and all, it's a good little camera.
