cheap/decent AM3 cooler?

Any recommendations?
Looking to spend like 30-40, maybe can push up to 50 if its really worth it, but rather not.
Has to include a fan or outside fan has to come within budget.

Or am I just better off using stock?
I will be mildly overclocking.

This is for a 6core
 
I like my COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus. I think I paid $30 for it on eBay shipped.
 
Amazon has it for 30 dollars shipped. I too use that, and it cools my phenom 2 965 really well! Can overclock to 3.9 and it won't get above 53
 
been out of the hs/f loop for a little but the scythe mugen 2 works good on my friends i7 930
