Cheap, Cool, Relatively inexpensive CPU

Hey.

What (used) CPU is cool? I mean I can't afford anything new, it's just gonna be stuffed in an mATX system and left there. I want it to be relatively powerful so no c3 stuff. I was thinking Tualatin, but mATX boards with an AGP slot are deathly difficult to find.

Duron? Celeron?

Most likely gonna go with a stock HSF, trying to keep the cost as minimal as possible. But the main thing is, I don't want it to be a space heater in the hot summer months.
 
p4 2.4c, mine ran pretty cool at stock speeds. itll run cool and still give good performance. celerons would run cooler but i wouldnt want it cause of its poor performance. unless its a prescott celeron but i dont know how the temps are on those.
 
Thinking of picking up a 1.6GHz Celly... don't need processing power, it's just for an HTPC :D
 
I have a homebuilt portable case with a PIII (Coppermine) running @ 996mhz. It has a heatsink w/ no fan. The whole setup is cooled by 2 80mm fans, but 1 would be sufficient during most routine usage. And it can play all but the most up to date games.

I am looking for some good deals now to build a car PC using the same processor.
