This isn't hardcore tech or anything, but I'm looking for a router that will allow some connections (filter by MAC or IP doesn't matter) to do anything, and block all traffic but email or even a select few websites. A while ago I had a cheap d-link or something like that which did all this, but my new netgear doesn't do it, unless I'm looking in the wrong places? Any help is appreciated.

The buffalo whr hp g54s is a good deal at 50$ with the tomatoe formware installed. Thats what I run.

I vastly prefer Tomato for my WRT54GL, DD-WRT just wasn't cutting it for me and the router was having all sorts of performance problems. Tomato has a simpler interface and still has more options than the stock firmware by far.
