[?] cheap 2 Bay NAS with upgradable Memory Slot (DDR2/DDR3)

I am looking for a cheap NAS that has 2 Bay and can take either DDR2 or DDR3 sodimm.... why? well I got a crap load of SODIMM and company wants to buy some NAS, so I would like to reuse the SODIMM I have in stock...
 
If you want to part with some 2 or 4GB SODIMM sticks let me know, I'm looking for some.
