Cheap 17" LCD NOT FOR GAMING

I'm looking for an LCD for the living room PC that won't be used for gaming, just web surfing/word processing/ the likes. My budget is around $150. What would you recommend? Basically I need it to be easy on the eyes, have tilt adjustment, and that's about it.Also, what retailer would you recommend buying from online? Newegg has a horrible 8+ dead pixel policy.
 
Here are 3 monitors that I found on newegg (don't kill me you can always use some other website like zipzoomfly, fry's etc...)

$180 SAMSUNG 730B - w/DVI
$160 Acer AL1717 - no DVI
$147 SCEPTRE X7G-NagaVI - no dvi

All have tilt adjustment stands my pick of the bunch would be the Samsung mainly because of the quality of its screen but the other 2 would do the trick :)
 
Which one would be better: this 730b or this 720n ? They have the exact same specs except the 730b has DVI, but I'm probably not going to bother buying a DVI cable anyway.
