What is a cheap case (<$100)
that will have enough space for sli and a big thermalright fan
has 2 120mm fans
has 4 5.25" bays (or more)
and 2 3.5" bays (or more)

or would getting cases of ebay be good/safe???

I believe Best Buys has the Antec SLK2650BQE on sale for like $40 this week. If not an Antec SLK3700BQE should suit you perfectly. And it's less than $100.

i double the silverstone statement if youre thinking of spending close to 100, it also has a windtunnel, great case imho
 
BlackKnight on newegg, $54, dual 120mm fan, front one blows right over HDD trays, nice temps with a thermaltake PSU in there.
