Changing Vcore on ECS K7VTA3?

I have an ECS K7VTA3 with a 1.6GHz Duron. Right now, it's OC'ed to 1.85GHz. As soon as I go to 1.86, Prime95 reports a hardware error.

Maybe it's the RAM I bought (256MB Kbyte PC2100) that's holding back my OC, but I suspect it's my voltage.

I can't find the setting in the BIOS to change the Processor voltage. From the main screen I go to frequency/voltage control, but I can only change the clock frequency.
