changing thread titles

Is there a way to change the displayed thread title? I tried it, but you can only see the change if u open the thread...then the change is in smaller letters a little below
 
Thread titles can be changed by the original poster for 20 minutes after posting, after that time, you will have to contact a forum mod, or admin to make the change for you.
 
You need to PM a moderator in the section of the forum to get this done.
You to specifiy the old title and the thread URL.

You also need to type EXACTLY what you want the full new thread title to be. Do not assume we know what you are thinking or even want.
