Changing the name in Windows

I have a Dell computer that I just reformatted at Christmas, and I plan on giving it to my brother. However when I set it up at Christmas the "Owner" information is my name. I was wondering is there an easy way to change that so I can put my brother's name in there without having to reformat the computer? I can do that but then it means he has to wait longer to get the silly thing.

Mainly I am being lazy about it.

Go to your User Settings in the control panel. Then you'll find the Change Name part.
