When you click START you see folders on the right side such as "Music" and "favorites" however I store my music in c:\music and I use "My Videos" for realplayer downloads a LOT. Is there a way to change "Music" so it points to c:\music and to add "My Videos" in place of Favorites?

Mostly this is in Vista, but I'd like to do it on XP Pro 64 too

Open windows explorer and navigate to C:\users\your_user_name.

In that folder, you can see all those folders you were talking about (Music, Pictures, Favorites, ...).
In windows explorer, you can right click any of those and select "Properties".
Go to the "Location" tab.

You can change the location there.
After you enter a new location and click OK, it will ask you if you want to move all the content to the new location. Choose "Yes".

This may have consequences. So, I suggest you do some reading and research on it first.
