I have a Tagan 480 UG01 (atleast I think thats the model) inside a 2U case, black box in photo below
Currently the rear of the PSU is facing towards the front of the case and pulling air from the inside of the case
My rack mount setup follows: pull air from front, hot air out the back. So this server is kind of going against this.
IS it going to cause any issues if I change the direction of these fans and direct the air out the back of the case, if I create a kind of tunnel all the way down the right side of the case it shouldnt raise the temperature inside the case either...i hope!
What are peoples thoughts on this?
