Would it be worth taking 350 MHz Intel Pentium II (R) Processor with MMX Technology microprocessor that procesor out of my older comp and replacing it with a Intel Celeron 500 MHz processor <--out of a comp my friend left here that he doesnt need.

Would it be worth it? Could I tell a difference? I already got the processors out so either way its fine.

Nevermind guys, the other processor definately wouldnt work with my motherboard.
