One thing I really like about IE is that you can put the bookmarks to the left of the webpage. I much prefer this over the toolbar Google Chrome has. Even Firefox allows you to do this. I have no found a way to do this with Google Chrome though. Is this possible?

Create a folder in the bookmarks bar called "Bookmarks" or "Favorites"? Then organize all of your bookmarks in whatever structure you like under that folder. They'll be on the left hand side then. If you're wanting the list of bookmarks to always be displayed beside of the page though, I'm not sure if Chrome allows you to do that...

Yea I was wanting them to always appear on the left side like IE and Firefox allow you too. Thanks for the suggestion though, that might be a temporary fix. I guess I'll go suggest this over on the Chrome bug/feedback area.
