Changing ffrom Raid 0 to Raid 1

I have a Dell 8400 that was setup with 2 160 HD's on Raid 0. How do I go about changing them to Raid 1?
 
1. Backup any data you want to save.
2. Go into the BIOS and turn off any "quick boot" option.
3. During reboot you should see something about what button to press to setup the controller.
4. Do that.
5. Destroy your RAID0 array.
6. Add both drives to a new RAID1 array.
7. Format and install OS (if this was/will be your OS drive).
8. Put data back.
