Changing Fans on Stacker 4 in 3 device module

Just picked 2 more modules and saw somewhere pics on how to change out the fans but can't find them (should have saved link)
Do any stacker owners now how to do this?
I would really appreciate this I want to order new fans,stock ones appear a little weak to me or are they?
