Is there a way to change the default location for user personal files in Vista?
Default path is C:/Users/<Username>/

I'd like to change the default path to a different drive than windows is installed on and I was wondering if there is some registry tweak or control panel option that will let me do that.

Gotta love this:

"This is a damm sight easier than messing with TweakUI, X-Setup, etc." and then you notice there's 19 steps (a few seem optional) with a bunch of fairly serious Registry edits... absolutely classic. :)

Awesome, I'm gonna try this and report back.

I'm setting up a Raptor as my primary OS and applications drive, but I don't' want my pictures, music, videos and other random junk on that drive, I wanna put it on my secondary 7k2 spindle drive, which is much larger.

Is there an easier way? I'm not familiar with the programs he mentioned.
