changed raid cards, now one array dissappeared...

so, i got my highpoint rocketraid 100 card today and pluged it in and installed the latest drivers from highpoint....
now one mf my 2 raid 0 arrays from my kg7-raid mobo built in raid controller show up. the othe rone however does not show.
it does however show up under the raid controllers bios menu thing.
what can i do to get windows to see this working array?

Was the onboard RAID a highpoint controller?
And if not, what did you expect?!
Finally, have you checked to see whether the array is being seen by windows in disk management?

sorry yes it was highpoint...
and the version of the new raid controller is the same except version A(a upgrade i believE)
however it should work because it recognises one of the raid arrays thta was on the KG-7 so theoretically it should be able to see both right?
and in windows disk managment it says "unallocated"

Hmm, well if windows is showing it as "unallocated" that means either it's not reading correctly or is wiped nice and clean. Is the array showing as healthy in the highpoint BIOS?

yes, it says it is a in use array...
even in windows it sees it as a array and not 2 seperate drives...

as far as my windows computer management...
it shows my healthy active drives. then 149 gigs of un "allocated" (each new line is a different line in the manager.)
and a missing dynamic drive offline
missind gynamic drive 74.53 gb offline
missing dynamic offline
missing dunamic 149.06 offline "failed" with the dark tan line spanning the width of the line
missing dunamic 74.53 gb offline failed with the tan line as well


the healthy raid array has the tan line too though...
this is very odd, i dont see why i cant view one raid array but can the other....
i have tried uninstalling my controller twice now and that didnt work...
