Okay, i for one have had enough with Serge acting like he's an overclocking god.

This thread is for people with 939 chips on 6100/410 and 6150/430 boards to post memory bandwidth scores from Sandra. I also would like people to post CPU Arithmetic Benchmark scores from Sandra too.

I will post mine when i get 2 minutes to run the benches.

If anyone needs help with hosting of images, pm me and i'll try to help you all out as much as i can.

Put up, or shut up Serge, lets see what your 754 has against the might of 939.

I've left this in the SFF forum, cos i only want people to post Benches from mATX and SFF rigs, lets keep this Like for Like.

I'll drop in some benchies once i've had a chance to install sandra etc.

  • AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego @ 2.6GHz 10*260 1.5v FX55 Cooler
  • 1GB PQI Ultra Memory on 166 divider 216MHz 2-5-2-2
  • X850XT
  • Enermax Liberty 500w
 
i have my stuff posted in that other thread, opty 144 @ 2650, 9x295, ram @ 241mhz, i will do sandra and post it here later. i havent been following this, but isnt s754 single channel only? traditionally, the cheaper cpus (celeron a, xp's after a64 came out, sempron, northwood p4's) will overclock a little better, but you take a performance hit somewhere, hence the cheaper price, older rev cores and older platforms.
 
I have a screenie of my 3500 Winnie doing over 7000 points on Sandra mem benchie if it'll shut Serge up :) Lemme know if you want it (I'm at work right now, no access to home puter).

Will be re-posting cause I just sold my proc and will be going to an Opty 148. Should get higher benchmarks

M4rk, i want him to come in and without spouting his usual crud, just post his best Sandra memory bench and his best CPU bench.

Then we can get down to the business of deflating his ego.

I'm gonna take my rig to Majormav's house and when GrayMole gets there, we're gonna see what this rig can do with the plethora of experience we all have, as well as my memory collection lol :p
