Chaintech VNF4 PCI/SATA lock

Im using a Chaintech VNF4 Ultra board with the Phoenix-Award BIOS v6.00PG. I just bought some new fans and heat sinks and want to see how far I can push my 3200+, but I can't find anything in the BIOS about a PCI lock. I can set the PCI-E bus to 100, but nothing about PCI/SATA lock.

Is that what SATA/PCI spread spectrum is?
