you can flash from windows using winflash.

Most of the time, the BIOS updates use a floppy. Thier site doesnt have much to go on, but I bet the bios.exe makes a floppy. Chaintech is really helpfull.....when they get round to replying( personal experience here). Got a spare fdd+cable lying around?
