Chaintech AV710 Front Audio Jumpers

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the order to hook up the wires from the front headphone jack on my case to the jumpers on the chaintech card. The front jack has 6 wires labeled Speaker Out Right, Speaker Out left, Return R, Return L, Ground, Mic in, mic bias. Which jumpers on the Front Audio section of the card get which wires? Chaintech tech support is totally useless and I haven't been able to find anything on the web. I'm mainly concerned with the speaker jack, I don't care about the mic.

I meant the jumpers that are on the sound card itself. If I plug those wires back into the mother board will it work even though I disabled the onboard sound when I installed the new card?
 
As far as I know, the Chaintech card uses the same exact pins as an Intel motherboard. That's why I gave you the Intel pinout; you can use it to wire up your front panel to the Chaintech soundcard.
