i've been playing the farcry demo, and it runs like utter sh!t on this card. below are my complete specs, i suspect its also the sound clogging stuff up, but do people have any reco's as to how i can improve gameplay/frame rate (right now it runs fine for about 2 sec, or if i spin quickly, or shoot) and then chokes loading textures or soemthing i think.

specs:

amd 1800+ @ 2g
512 pc2700 crappula (i know ram is important, but not this much so)
5700u 128
chaintech 7nif2 mobo

are the settings on low?

i have a 9800 pro and my 3d settings are on balanced, which is like 4xAA and 8x AF

even i get stutters when everything is set to 'high' and 1024x768

when a door opens my screen jerks for about 2 seconds, i OC'd my card a bit and now its ok. Try OCing, maybe thatll work
 
i'm at 1024*768 medium, no AA /AF, lowering to 8*6 doesnt help. would OC'ing really make that much of a noticable difference? (2 more FPS isnt much...)
