Cfm for MCR-320

Depends on what are you trying to cool and what is your goals with this. You can go as far as powerful but loud for maximum dissipation or slow and quiet for ok temps.

 
You can do well with ~30CFM on each of the fans in a CPU only loop, or CPU/NB/Any Video Card But a G80/R600 loop. :)

Best bet is to get a good 1600 or 2000 RPM quiet 120x25mm that undervolts well, like the Yate Loon DS12L or 12M, Scythe SFF-F, Noctua PF-12, etc, so you have the option of cranking up speeds and noise if you feel you need it.
 
In that case, you need over 70 CFM on them to work ok for you. That's why a Thermochill PA120.3 win in the quiet department since you can dissipate the same amount with medium fans or less.
