I am running 2x 7970 in CF. When I play COD Ghosts 1 card runs at 100% the other only at 50% is this right? Or do I have a problem? I have also noticed some artifacting or pixelisation in Ghosts that I do not get in BF4.

3930k
16gb G.Skill 1866
2x 7970
AX1200i
RIVE

When running BF4 both cards run 100%.

I don't have personal experience with this, but from what I've read, CODG seems to have problems with all mutli-gpu systems, from under-utilization, to visual anomalies. You might want to check the newest release notes for AMD drivers to see if there's any mention of fixes for it.

I may try going back to 13.9 drivers. I just installed the 13.12:(

I honestly don't think that Call of Duty: Ghosts, based on a really old engine that's been modified like hell, would run well with multi-GPU configurations but that's just me.

Same with trying to use XFire/SLI on World of Warcraft, no performance gain from the second card. From what I've seen. What resolution are you running at for games?

I'd agree with this. COD: ghosts uses the Quake 3 (modified) engine so it probably won't fully utilize mGPU capability. Unless you go really overboard with SSAA or something along those lines.

When in crossfire, for CODG, I only see one GPU is in use at all times..

I'm using the latest AMD drivers.

How did you manage to get 50% out of your 2nd GPU?

However in BF4, I see both GPU in use.

Ghost sucks for multi-gpu. Don't base any decisions on that game. Better to disable C/F while playing Ghosts you'll see better game play with it off.
