CF not working in 64bit vista?

I have 2x HD4850s and noticed a cpl posts from people who specifically get cf scaling in AoC but also noticed they were running either xp or vista 32bit (I run vista business 64bit). So I broke my raid array installed vista business 64bit on one harddrive and vista business 32bit on the other. Same apps installed on both harddrives, same drivers, etc.

On the 64bit install the only thing I get any kind of scaling in is 3dmark06 (I don't have vantage to try it). I tried various games including: AoC, Crysis, CoD4 etc. On the 32bit install I get noticeable scaling in everything I've tried so far.

Has anyone else noticed this or am I just short bus special?

Asus Maximus Formula
4gb @ 1:1
2xHD4850 @ 725/1100 1.21v bios modded
2x WD640gb

I am running the 8.6 hotfix drivers

I hope CF works under 64bit Vista, otherwise I am gonna have to rethink my new build.

You can always give the 8.7 beta drivers a shot. Reports have shown good improvement with the 4800 series cards.
