CF Card adaptor for mini-itx system

So the new D510MO atom mini-itx boards are coming out in the next few days. They seem to come with a PCI slot and a mini PCI-e slot forgoing a PCI-E 1x slot for whatever reason. Does anyone know if this mini pci-e to cf card adaptor will work on the board and be bootable? http://www.sourcingmap.com/mini-pcie-card-express-adapter-for-asus-eeepc-p-39957.html

Its listed as being bootable, but it says its designed for one of the asus netbooks. Shouldn't matter right?
 
It isn't a true PCIe card. Some netbooks route SATA/IDE signals over the same connector and unless that motherboard does the same (very unlikely), then it won't work.
