Hi,
im doing this thread to find out if anything special was actually anounced and if there is anything relatively special to look forward to. (im currently thinking of buying the xl 2420t but and wondering if its worth waiting to see if something better will arrive)
 
Yeah. The Samsung Series 9 27" PLS looks amazing. Comes out in March. $1199, though.

No VESA mount, but maybe a screwdriver could fix that?

These monitors work great in portrait mode.
 
i'm guessing it doesnt have VESA because some of the components are built into the base.
