Post any new case releases you see from CES 2010.

No Lian Li case sightings as of yet. Corsair/Redbeard has confirmed no new case for CES.

Which case you would like to see at CES?

As you all post cases, I will add them to this list.

The 690 II Advanced looks like a decent design, except for the cheap look of the fan mount holes in the side panel vents.

Not a big fan of CM cases, the 690 looks decent though. Keep me updated for any Lian Li cases! I just fell in love with their style of cases after my purchase of my A05NB.

I'd be interested to see if Corsair will have a follow-up to their fantastic 800D.

Ok so Coolermaster came out with ANOTHER two ugly cases, and they even look as cheap as the last... The HDD mounts are a COMPLETE joke in those cases, and if you want to install a SSD you have to spend more money.

I thought companies got better as they grow not worse

I am with you man, I want to see a mid-tower 800D... call it the 400D :D
$300 is a bit to much too, but I almost bought the 800D, just was to big for my taste

The tray mounting in the ATCS 840 and HAF 922 has given me 0 issues; 690 II uses the same mechanism.

690 II also comes with a 3.5>2.5" adapter that holds 2 SSD's.

The CM 690 II uses the HDD drive mounting of the HAF series and is very easy to use for me. It also has a 2 in 1, SSD drive adapter so I don't know what you are talking about. Looks are your preference though.

Only Silverstone name is listed in the CES Exhibitor directory. The other major case manufacturers are not listed thus making it difficult to find out more info on cases. If anyone finds a new case please post it.

Also Silverstone doesn't have any other cases listed besides the FT02, Sugo SG07 and a HTPC.
The TJ series update may not happen.

If you read the spec sheet it clearly states that it doesn't

it says NO but for the "Advanced" model it says you can hold 2

AND if you were to read my post that you quoted but didn't read the whole thing OR only read the parts you wanted to see.... You would have noticed where I said "if you want to install a SSD you have to spend more money"

SO yes if you want to pay more money for the adapters or the Advanced model of this case it will hold SSD

Icejon - As looks are my preference and in my preference I wasn't telling you think it was ugly, I was stating that I think it is ugly... ME not you, every things not always about you.

But it is plain and simple facts that the HDD mounts are flimsy, at least they were on all the Coolermaster cases I looked at buying, and they look the same as the ones in the pictures.

I say all this because the case I'm currently on has metal on almost every part of it and has top notch vibration deadening for the HDDs and fans... plus I don't need a silly adapter to mount in a SSD

I am very opinionated when it comes to cases and VERY very picky, and my opinion is that CM cases are flimsy and still not my flavor of case

While I might be a little quick to judge because I haven't seen this case in person. It still looks like same old CM to me, and I have seen lots of CM cases in my time, never owned a single one... for obvious reasons.

Nothing at CES, sorry guys.

Should be more info later this year though. Some stuff sooner, some stuff later.

Cases take a very, very long time to develop. From my first idea that I sketch out, it can take 2+ years to actually get the thing on store shelves.

We're working on them though - some are further along than others.

Mid-tower? just throw the candy (info) out so I can start saving now :D

I wish Cooler Master would go back to the ATC 200 days. That case was amazing and way ahead of its time. All of these new cases look bulky.

I'll stick with Lian-Li.

I wonder if there's gonna be any new Lian Li cases. I'm ready to pull the trigger on a pc-b25f, but want to wait a bit to see if anything that's better comes from them.

I haven't heard any major case announcements from any of the leading case manufactures. We still have a few more days left, maybe something interesting will hopefully surface.

Wow, that Lian Li case is jaw dropping! But I'm not too sure about the side mounted optical.

Those pictures are way to awkward.

Ok, so this is for the guys wondering about a new TJ from SilverStone, and apparently there is one supposedly coming spring-summer of 2010. I had asked SilverStone in an e-mail trying to obtain replacement parts for my TJ09 that im modding, if there was to be a new case in the TJ series, and i was told yes, sometime in the middle of 2010

*facepalm*

*wanders off muttering to herself*

Sorry, it' Cooler Masters fault:p

Most of us are wondering if they will use the rotated motherboard layout.

Honestly im a bit skeptical about a new TJ. For me, it has to have a removable mobo tray, have solid aluminum construction. And maybe they will make stronger side panels. But the rotated motherboard layout would be great.

Cooler Master will not be selling cases modded by us, they commissioned us to build the District-9 PC for their suite at CES, photos of it here, http://www.casemodblog.com/?p=2805

Well the video said special mods by you. I guess it's for events only, but they made it sound like a similar relationship they have with Smooth Creations. I will make the changes. I nned to ask a question also, I'm sending you a PM.
