First Ill start with a link to the case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119152&Tpk=centurion+590

My question is about intake/outtake fan placement. Ideally I would like to use both the two on the top and the two on the side panel but Im worried about making them intake or exhaust ? The case comes with 1 intake on the front and it's covered by a dust filter and I love that Idea. Should I use that solely as my intake and everything else exhaust ?

Thanks in advance!

IMO exhaust is overrated. Especially if you have good airflow to begin with, also i feel like the more space in your case the less need to exhaust. Keep the rear fan as exhaust, the two side blasting cool air onto the mobo/gpu, that seems to be most effective..

I have a 590 and i considered having one top fan as intake, blowing down onto the cpu hs, but it seems unatural as heat does rise. so both top fans are exhausting.

That's kind of what I was thinking, Any problems with dust coming in from the side intake ?

No, the vent holes are fairly big though, all the front panels have foam backing to keep dust out, I have more problems with the top (i leave this rig in a crappy garage with a tacky roof) and debris falls ontop the case, so when the computer is off i cover the top.
